Weekly Energy Review #1: RECLAIM

A timely and timeless review on what’s up with the energy, including how to use these collective themes to shift your life, expand consciousness, and create the kind of world we want to live in.

The overall energy theme for the week of March 21–26 is RECLAIM.

This is not predictive or prescriptive, simply my read of the key energy themes that have gone on in this past week, reviewing them in such a way that they begin to up level your read of the energy too.

The way I discern what these themes are is by:

• Paying attention to what’s up in my own life
• Noting the celebrations & challenges clients are sharing
• Seeing my social media timelines blow up with posts on the same topics

When you start realizing we are all collectively working through the same themes, it’s highly liberating.

Not only do you stop personalizing your ups and downs, you begin seeing yourself as a more integral piece of the overall picture. If the whole is influencing you, you can influence the whole!

No matter what you, psychics, or “experts” say about what the future holds, the bottom line is we shape and create it by how we interface with the present moment.

When you discern and discover the larger energy movements and collective undercurrents at play, you are better able to be an active, conscious, and co-creative participant in life.

As you reflect on the energy themes I’m sharing, it will help you to better read the energy in your own life. Doing this sets you on the path of empowerment, where your cumulative contribution determines what’s next.

On to the themes…

This week, March 21–26, the key energy themes I saw were:

• Big clarity drops
• Clearing the mother-father wounds
• Softer but firmer and more fiery communication

BIG CLARITY DROPS

March has been a fuzzy month energetically. Lots of rest time needed before the seasonal shift and astrological new year began. If you felt more tired or drained than usual, you were on par with the overall theme for the month. Interestingly though, when clarity did come, it was usually a BIG DROP.

All that you have been grappling with and chewing on made sense finally. Like one of those moments where you not only exclaim “I GET IT” but you are also better able to apply it. This is called integration, where the clarity isn’t just an insight, it’s who you are. You become the clarity. There were flashes of this all week.

Did you experience this too? Make note of whatever clarity came through for you this week. Hold it in your mind, heart, and sight, as it will lay the groundwork for your seeds to sprout.

CLEARING THE MOTHER-FATHER WOUNDS

Parents. We all have them. Their influence on us has shaped our lives more than we realize — through the language they used, behavior they displayed, the relationship dynamic we had with them, the DNA imprint unconsciously passed down. This week, there was a “breaking free” of the wounding/wounded aspect of our relationship with our parents.

Even if you don’t identify with any wounds from the relationship with your parents, you can think of this clearing or separation simply as a reclaiming of your own space, energy, and power, as that’s at the heart of what clearing the wound is about anyway. We are being returned to the fullness of ourselves — energetically, psychologically, physically.

Clearing the mother-father wounds liberates your parents as well as the entirety of your ancestral lineage. Consciousness wants to evolve. The soul cannot be limited nor contained. Doing your healing and clearing work on this core level is what energy was calling for this week.

SOFTER BUT FIRMER & MORE FIERY COMMUNICATION

Sounds oppositional, huh? Let me tell you something about softness though. True softness is strength. You don’t have to be loud to be heard. Allowing yourself to be soft but firm, and even perhaps more fiery, in your communication is one of the most powerful energies to stand in.

Have you ever met someone who was so clear and firm but soft in the way they spoke? It commands your attention. You lean in. This was awakening within us energetically in the past week. The way this may show up for you is in feeling more willing to speak up, more clear on what you’re saying when you do, and uncompromising when it comes to your truth. Did you notice this in yourself or others over the past week?
