Before I knew how to read energy…

I have always been energetically sensitive, with a strong and specific knowing that something else was going on underneath the surface. Yet, for all I sensed to be true, it took an incredibly long time for me to trust my energy read enough to share it with others.

Once I did, I still relied on external confirmation — be it strangers or friends nodding emphatically about my description of what was really going on, or clients paying me with repeated sessions and referrals. There wasn’t a significant change in my reality until I saw myself, validated and trusted my own energy reads, and began tuning into where I wanted to go with this gift. That’s when my vision started to take root.

It didn’t come through instantly though. This is not a story of overnight success. Step by step.

Before I knew how to read energy more specifically, my approach to life was anything but empowering, even though I really wanted it to be.

Instead, I often felt like a victim. I personalized a lot of what I experienced, blaming myself even if others were at fault. I questioned my decisions and doubted my intuition. I’d get caught in unhealthy relationship dynamics and have the hardest time setting boundaries. I was often unclear mentally and emotionally which took a toll on me physically and often left me in overwhelm. I had a sense of a dream for the future, but I could never seem to get at the specifics or know how to pave the path there.

I needed roots. I needed to see myself. I needed to heal. Energy helped me do all three.

In fact, once I started addressing everything in my life from an energy standpoint, that’s when things changed. I used energy tools to increase my vitality, energy medicine to clear and rebalance my system, energy awareness to shift the dynamics, energy illumination to understand the bigger picture of what’s changing collectively.

Being aware, tuned into, and using energy was my saving grace. This is not an exaggeration. When I started owning my gift, I set myself free. When I started teaching this gift, others got set free.

While I could talk to you extensively about the changing energetics of our personal body system, the shifting energies of the collective consciousness, and the absolute breakthroughs we will be experiencing energetically with the creation and emergence of the new paradigm — the truth is — the shift had to first start with me. I had to tend to my own inner healing and inner build so I could better shape sharing this gift.

✔️ Energy tools optimize vitality thru showing you how to best care for yourself in the most dynamically consistent way.

✔️ Energy amplifies whatever is underneath the surface as a way to bring your attention to what is calling for refinement.

✔️ Energy creates space and grace to better understand where you’ve been, where you’re going, and who you truly are, right now.

✔️ Energy guidance supports you in stepping out of the emotional storms and mental loops by simply showing you what’s actually going on in a situation.

✔️ Energy speaks to and thru the new paradigm human who is here to create freedom collectively. It is the language of the future, of every system, of every individual. Energy points the way forward.

These are just a few of the ways in which energy lays at the very rich foundation of who we are and where we are headed, individually and collectively. While I am grateful to now think of my energy sensitivity as more of a gift, in actuality, it’s a key.

Being able to guide others in translating energy so you can use it as transformational alchemy is where its potency and potential lies.

This is personal and collective liberation, where we call our power back and settle into a new kind of leadership based on integrity, alignment, self-responsibility, and divine union. It’s true embodiment, and the roots we need now.

I longed to have a way to understand reality so it made more sense to me. Now, it does. Every time I share my energy read, I see how it helps reality make more sense to others. It is the key to the new paradigm.

Because humanity as a whole is becoming more energetically sensitive and aware — they need guides.
